YouTube Music PageAfter making movie and TV buffs happy with its movies and shows pages, YouTube gave music fans something to rejoice today with a revamped music page.

Don’t remember the name of a song? No worries, the music page is organized along genres letting you browse down to your song.

Want to discover new music? Right on! the page has tools for that.

Sense a playlist forming in your head? You can put it together on the page. 

Announcing the new page, a post on the YouTube blog says:

“[The page] showcases the most viewed music videos, special promotions, curated playlists, unsigned talent and gives you the ability to create on-the-fly mixes”

Another exciting prospect, according to the post, is an “Events Near You” section featuring local music shows.
